BitCrate Gaming PCs

BitCrate is TieredUp Tech's own line of gaming PCs, built to order and tested in our Orange, TX shop. You can buy a ready configuration or design your own in the BitCrate configurator.

There are six tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythic. They run from entry-level Common builds under $800 to Mythic builds above $3,500. Current prices are on each build's page.

New computers carry a 1-year labor warranty from the date of delivery or pickup, and every part carries its full manufacturer warranty. We can process manufacturer warranty replacements for you. The warranty doesn't cover tampering, modification, breakage or liquid damage.

BitCrate PCs are built and shipped from Orange, Texas, to addresses in the United States. Online orders ship by UPS (cutoff 3 PM Central) or USPS, and free ground shipping applies to orders over $1,200.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing support@tiereduptech.com. Returns of unwanted items carry a 20% restocking fee, and items must be in the condition and packaging you received them in. Sale items follow the same return rules; gift cards can't be returned. If we made an error, we cover the return.
