TieredUp Tech (TieredUp Tech, Inc.) is a locally owned tech shop in Orange, Texas, founded in 2009 by Coby Poluk. We repair phones, tablets, computers and game consoles, build BitCrate custom gaming PCs, and sell PC parts, gaming accessories and trading card games, in store and online at tiereduptech.com.

Repair customers come to our Orange shop from Orange, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Vidor, Groves, Nederland, Lumberton and the rest of the Golden Triangle and Southeast Texas. Online orders, including BitCrate gaming PCs, ship within the United States.

No. Walk-ins are welcome, and most repairs don't need an appointment. Bring your device in during business hours; we'll look at it and give you a quote before any work begins.

Phones and tablets (screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers and microphones, back glass, water damage); computers and laptops (diagnostics, virus and malware removal, SSD and RAM upgrades, data recovery, cleaning); and game consoles (HDMI ports, disc drives, overheating). We also do board-level micro-soldering.

Yes. Phone and tablet repairs carry a 30-day parts and labor warranty, and computer and console hardware we replace carries a 30-day warranty against failure or defects. Warranties don't cover liquid, drop or physical damage, and virus cleanups aren't covered.

BitCrate is TieredUp Tech's own line of gaming PCs, built to order and tested in our Orange, TX shop. Builds come in six tiers, from Common to Mythic, and each includes a 1-year labor warranty plus the full manufacturer warranty on its parts.
