How We Got Here

TieredUp Tech started in 2009 the way a lot of good things start — in a garage. Coby Poluk began fixing computers and phones for friends and neighbors, and word got around fast. Turns out, when you actually fix things right and treat people the way you'd want to be treated, folks keep coming back.

What started as one guy with a soldering iron grew into the oldest phone and tablet repair shop in the area. By 2020, we'd expanded into building custom gaming PCs — hand-assembled machines designed around what each customer actually needs, not whatever's sitting on a shelf at a big box store.

Today, we operate out of our shop at 1812 N 16th St in Orange, TX, and we're still doing what we've always done: fixing tech, building PCs, and making sure every person who walks through our door leaves satisfied.

Coby Poluk

President

Coby founded TieredUp Tech in 2009 and still works the bench every day. He handles computer diagnostics and repairs, runs our marketing, and built the systems that keep the shop running. If your PC needs fixing or you want a custom build specced out, he's your guy.

Lindsey Poluk

Vice President

Lindsey is our phone and tablet specialist. Cracked screens, charging port issues, battery replacements — she's seen it all and fixes it all. She's the reason we've built a reputation as the go-to spot for mobile device repair in the area.

Charles keeps the shop running smoothly and handles computer repairs alongside Coby. He makes sure every job gets the attention it deserves and every customer gets taken care of from check-in to pickup.
